Overview

The BK4802 is a half-duplex RF transceiver targeted for toy walkie-talkies and toy remotes. It adopts highly integrated CMOS technology and supports FM and ASK modulation/demodulation. The chip integrates an RF switch, a low-noise amplifier, a mixer, an IF amplifier/filter, ADCs, FM/ASK demodulation, a frequency synthesizer, an RF power amplifier, a microphone amplifier, an audio power amplifier and other functional modules. Only a 21.7 MHz crystal and several capacitive components are required to complete the production of a wireless transceiver module with excellent performance. The chip can select 16 built-in communication channels through the B0, C2, C1, and C0 pins. More communication channels can be achieved through external EEPROM.
